❌ alternate drop needs plenty of space for the plate
❌ on a narrow table ensure there is space for dinner plate, the glassware, the bread plate and often a bonbonniere opposite each other
❌ between tables service space to move
❌ decor and banquet works in harmony
❌ access to kitchen doors is clear

Venues will often have a

❌ drink cost
