how much is wedding florals?

Wedding florals is the No1 things couples question why does it all cost so much…..

I will approach it like this - wedding florals are made up of 3 parts:
✅ ceremony florals
✅ reception florals
✅ bridal florals

When you look at ceremony florals product:
- 2 arrangements near the couple saying I DO
Approx $200-$500 each
- welcome sign florals
Approx $150-$350
So an investment of $350-$850

When you look at reception florals product:
- bridal table florals of hedge/ statement/ broken up
Approx $1000
- $250 per arrangement per table so with 100 guests that’s 10 tables meaning 10 arrangements
So investment of approx $2500
# always consider repurposing the ceremony florals to your reception so nothing goes to waste (plus saving $$$)

When you look at bridal florals product:
- brides bouquet $250-$450
- grooms buttonhole $40-$60
- bridesmaid (smaller version of bride) $180-$350
- groomsmen buttonhole $40-$60
Approx $290-$510 (bride and groom)
Approx $540-$1050 (add 3 bridesmaids and 3 groomsmen)
So investment of approx $830-$1560

So the 3 parts of florals

Total $3680-$4910 for the product

You should then expect a charge for service/labour:
- delivery
- setup
- pack down
- collection
This is usually 15-20% of the product part of the invoice.

As you can see things add up for this simple approach to working on wedding florals. You could consider going silk over fresh? You could make the arrangements smaller to save 10 or 20%? You could remove tables if your guest numbers are 70 not 100 (save 3 tables for example)
