Then compile a mood board of the types of images you want so you can have the images illustrate the overall vibe and collection your seeking to achieve when meeting with photographers. A picture paints a 1000 words!

It’s important to have an idea when the key activities will take place in order to know when photo should ideally start and finish. When is the ceremony? When is the reception entrance? The cutting of the cake? First dance and key speeches because all these moments are what the photographer works around to figure out the hours.

Thing to think about as addons atr your photographer capturing the pre wedding morning of moments like putting on the dress and tieing of the tie etc plus you can often do family portraits early to create more spaciousness later in The day.
