⏭️ MAKE A WEDDING BUDGET
There is 100’s of ways to create a wedding budget BUT really what are you ABLE & COMFORTABLE to invest for your wedding. you can say i dont have a budget but someone has to pay all the invoices. we start with what your comfortable to invest. THEN we look at what vendors and vibe you want to list the parts that make the budget by vendor.

⏭️ MAKE A GUEST LIST
It’s important to have a ball park number for the guest that will be attending your wedding. Make a list of the couples 2 family guests, the friends each side guests, the mutal friends attending to get a number to work with. Venues will need this as they can only fit CERTAIN SIZES. but vendors allow for 10% variation when booking elements too.

⏭️ MAKE A PLAN OF YOUR TIME
Discuss as a couple if you both have 10-15 hours per week to invest your time into planning the wedding. Everyone has lives and things to do for work, social and life. But at the start establish who and how the planning will ocuur with a strategy to jump on calls, reply to emails, do enquiry forms, have zoom meetings, write schedules, check invoices, follow up contracts and be on top of everything. If you half do your planning - you are half arssing your wedding! Maybe consider the need for a wedding planner who will cost their weight in gold. Often you save money having a wedding planner - they pay for themselves with vendor discounts and referrals.
